From I-5 N, use the far right lane and take exit 23A for Grand Ave / Garnet Ave. You will see apartments and a large motel sign. Perlman Clinic is located on the first floor of the apartment complex. Turn right at the first stoplight onto Rosewood St and enter the residential apartment parking garage on the right. There will be a sign indicating “Mara”, please park in any spot that is marked “Retail”. From I-5 S, use the far right lane and take exit 23 for Balboa Ave / Garnet Ave. After the exit, stay in the left lane and continue on Mission Bay Drive for about a mile. The parking lot is located in Mara Pacific Beach Apartments, and the entrance is on Rosewood Street. Patients can park in any of the reserved Perlman Patient Parking spaces. Patients can also park in the other non-reserved retail parking spaces. The retail parking area continues after the parking spaces reserved for potential apartment tenants.
