Brian Sullivan, PA-C, is a Southern California native. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, for his bachelor’s degree and served as an EMT for the California State Lifeguards in San Diego before earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

Brian joins Perlman Clinic with an emphasis on interventional procedures and diagnostic expertise. With a background in interventional pain management and advanced wound care, he possesses advanced procedural skills in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal and soft tissue injections. His technical proficiency includes performing intra-articular joint injections, trigger point and bursa injections, and occipital nerve blocks for migraine management.

In addition to his procedural focus, Brian has significant experience in geriatrics and memory care, where he managed medically complex patients and chronic conditions. At Perlman Clinic, he integrates this background into Urgent Care and Family Medicine, offering patients a high level of technical skill alongside comprehensive primary care.

A former competitive swimmer and water polo player, Brian is often in the water surfing and body surfing or planning his next trip abroad.
