Alana Graciano, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Her background includes working in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and adult Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), where she gained valuable experience caring for patients in both high-acuity and everyday settings. These experiences have shaped her calm, compassionate approach and her ability to connect with patients and families during all stages of care.

She takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and cared for, and enjoys building meaningful connections while providing clear, practical guidance.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her two dogs, kitten, and tortoise.
